GROUPS OPERATIONS
The role will be located in Westville, Durban.
As Groups Operations, you will have the opportunity to take charge of operations of ad hoc and series groups, ensuring that every guests' experience is nothing short of exceptional! Your mission will be to manage operations proactively while building lasting relationships with customers that surpass their expectations.

AD HOC GROUPS PROPOSALS CONSULTANT
The role will be located in Westville, Durban.
As an Ad hoc Groups Proposals Consultant, you will play a vital role in understanding and fulfilling customer needs and requirements. Your skills in negotiation will shine as you secure favorable rates and services propose and secure ad hoc groups. Embrace the importance of following established processes and ensure that every confirmed proposal is handed to Reservations efficiently and promptly.
